These terms govern your use of YLDX.ai. By using the site or participating in a round, you confirm that you understand these terms and the separate Risk Disclosure.

Eligibility
You must be legally able to use crypto-asset services where you live. Do not use the site if doing so is prohibited in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining your own legal and tax advice.
What the site provides
YLDX.ai provides information, wallet-based access and a record of token-round participation. It does not provide investment, legal or tax advice. Information may change as the product and its terms develop.
Token round and programme records
A purchase creates a record associated with the wallet address used. Tokens may not be transferable or visible in that wallet before a future listing or claim process. Any listing date, venue, reference price, reward rate, vesting schedule or valuation is a plan or programme term, not a guarantee of value or profit.
Programme rates can change or end. The blockchain transaction and our confirmed purchase ledger determine the recorded purchase; contact support promptly if the public display disagrees with them.
Wallet security
You control your wallet, private keys and transaction approvals. We never need your seed phrase. Check the destination address, network and amount before signing. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.
No guaranteed availability or return
The site and its features are provided on an as-available basis. Smart contracts, third-party protocols, networks and market data can fail or change. Capital is at risk and you may lose everything you pay. Read theRisk Disclosure before participating.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, evade eligibility controls, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance or service integrity.
Privacy and changes
Personal data is handled as described in ourPrivacy Policy. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
